This year, it is going to be a lively christmas for the Lapierres, when Sophie Stone, 32 years old, tv star, discovers a week before Christmas that she has been photographed in a compromising situation. To get the pictures back, she aksks for an interview with the paparazzi, Peter, 33 years old, and bring him to spend Christmas in the countryside, at her strict aunt’s that raised her. During the family reunion of these extraordinary characters, ready to feed the gossip, Peter , who agreed to pretend to be Sophie’s boyfriend, try to seek beyond the appearances. But the night before Christmas, the situation gets complicated and Sophie decides to drop their masks. Her fragility disarmed Peter who helps Sophie to deal with a painful past that was still waiting for her in boxes at her aunt’s.
